This product absolutely failed in all the ways. I didn’t like the price to began with but the company has a good rep so I thought I’ll give it a try. This washer has been in use for maybe 2 months and the track that winds the hose back up broke completely! The hose has kinks all over like it’s about to blow a hole! The pressure is lacking big time… I wish I could get my money back but I took too long to get it up and in use. I had so much excitement for this pressure washer and it has been nothing but an absolute letdown. If you’re the type of person who pressure washes their car at home once a week or once a month and you gently take care of your items as in everything doesn’t have a spec of dirt on it.
