I have switched from the whey I used for years to this one, primarily due to the price. I was apprehensive at first but I do feel this is better value for money. Taste wise there is not much difference between this and the older ones I tried. One of the best ones I tried was the natural one but was prone to flatulence and digestive issues, this one has reduced those symptoms. For 2 scoops you get 34g protein which is great for after workout nutrition. Best to subscribe and save!
