With its precise construction, the contact frame provides increased stability and prevents unwanted stress on the processor. Improved Heat Dissipation The optimized design improves the cooler's contact pressure, enhancing the heat transfer. This results in more efficient cooling and can positively impact both the performance and longevity of the CPU. A silicone foam inlay seals the gaps for added protection. Accessories for Secure Installation Easy and precise installation. Included are an AM5 Contact & Sealing Frame, a red/black insulator sheet, four pan head screws (1/4" UNC thread), two L-keys (5/64" hex and Torx T20), and 1g of Aeronaut thermal paste for secure mounting. Processor Compatibility The AM5 Contact Sealing Frame is fully compatible with the Ryzen 8000G series APUs as well as the Ryzen 9000 series CPUs, including the X3D variants.

Their products have always been highly rated by enthusiasts and their Thermal Grizzly is some of the best rated thermal paste in the industry. The Thermal Grizzly AM5 Contact Sealing Frame is primarily used alongside Liquid-Metal based thermal pastes (This paste is liquid at room temperature and can very easily fry your CPU if not applied properly) to ensure that no liquid-metal is able to transfer to the motherboard. However, I have used the sealing frame alongside regular metal-based thermal paste (Thermal Grizzly to be precise!) and it has performed very well. It has helped improve contact of the AIO Cooler pump, and has resulted in a -3c temperature drop at max load compared to a stock CPU mounting bracket. Pretty impressive for a single piece of kit! Very easy to install, and comes with a silicone layer that sits comfortably inside the Sealing Frame to further protect any spillages from spreading past the plate. You can decide not to apply the silicone layer inside, but I would highly recommend it. Overall, very happy with the purchase and the difference it has made. It looks awesome too!

It works perfectly on my ROG Strix 870I Gaming Wifi with 9950X3D and great cooling performance. Initially i made a mistake, but I corrected it and since then it is very stable.. Thermal Grizzly are well known for being one of the top contenders for high-end PC building. Their products have always been highly rated by enthusiasts and their Thermal Grizzly is some of the best rated thermal paste in the industry. The Thermal Grizzly AM5 Contact Sealing Frame is primarily used alongside Liquid-Metal based thermal pastes (This paste is liquid at room temperature and can very easily fry your CPU if not applied properly) to ensure that no liquid-metal is able to transfer to the motherboard. However, I have used the sealing frame alongside regular metal-based thermal paste (Thermal Grizzly to be precise!) and it has performed very well. Absolutely exceptional product, it fits like a glove. Not just the frame but the gasket too. The included paste works brilliant too, just a shame it did not come with a spreader for the paste to ensure max coverage of the ihs.
