Vitamins - horsetail, dulse, rosemary, and sage, are known to promote healthy hair, skin and nails. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Seems to work great *by F***G on December 13, 2023* I set up a subscription for my very senior citizen mother, who has seen some decline in the strength of her nails & hair since they upped to dosage of some medication she takes for a common thyroid ailment. She says it works "great" & her skin certainly shows it. I haven't exactly "examined" her nails, or hair, so I'll have to go on her word on that. Mom's happy, so I am happy with the product. Her only complaint seems to be the size of the pills & the amount required per day. She's cut that in half, fortunately, or this world be a very pricey subscription that I'm not entirely certain would be "economical" for those people looking to get their moneys worth. Point being; try doing half the recommended dosage first before you "go into debt" to keep your subscription.
