Replaced those with pump hose adapters I had, and problem solved. Works great now pond is clearing up after a couple of days. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ High quality, sturdy, and good looking *by E***D on 9 December 2024* When I received it, I was impressed with the weight and heft of the light. Fitting screw on tight and satisfying. No leaks, easy to clamp hoses on the included barbs. ### ⭐ Taken *by U***Y on 16 June 2025* Should have known better. Would give it a zero but not one of my options. Rather than buy a light included in the filter, decided to go separately. The unit arrived, easy to install, looked pretty with its bright chrome case. After 1-1/2 months, noticed the light was not on. Purchased and installed a new bulb, guess what. No light. So what do I have. A nice looking chrome cylinder that does not do what it is suppose to do. Figure I will put it on the fireplace mantle in our great room -- will be a nice talking point when we have visitors. Bottom line -- do not purchase unless you are willing to part with $90.00 in your wallet. ## Frequently Bought Together - coospider-repta 24W Inline UV Light for Aquarium 75 Gallon / 1000 Gallon, UV Light for Cold Plunge, Drinking Water, Fish Tank Ultraviolet Clarifier Machine for Pond Algae Control - 3/4" Female NPT in-Line Strainer with 100 mesh Stainless Steel Filter Screen (3/4β€œ 100 Mesh) - Active Aqua Hydroponic Water Chiller w/ Boost Function, 0.25 HP - Adjustable Cooling System for 40-92 Gallon Reservoirs, Pure Titanium Evaporator Cooler for Aquaponics, Cold Plunge Baths & Aquariums --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - πŸ›’ **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** β€” Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** β€” Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - πŸ’° **No Hidden Fees** β€” All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - πŸ”„ **15-Day Free Returns** β€” Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - πŸ”’ **Secure Payments** β€” Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** β€” Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.pt/products/619598355-24w-inline-uv-light-for-aquarium-75-gallon-1000-gallon](https://www.desertcart.pt/products/619598355-24w-inline-uv-light-for-aquarium-75-gallon-1000-gallon) --- *Product available on Desertcart Portugal* *Store origin: PT* *Last updated: 2026-10-14*
