I have found that I sometimes tend to slump for some unknown reason. My partner comments on my posture and I feel like it is not attractive or healthy, plus slumping creates an energy drain to make moving harder. So I got this Posture Corrector and I wear it for a little while each week. It has made a very big difference! My movement is so much more natural and efficient. I would give it a higher rating if the back support stayed over my shoulder blades rather than slipping down. It does have something to stop chaffing under the arms but I'm using this in the winter so I haven't had to use that although I did try those pieces out to see if the back would stay in position better. The bottom line is the thing works, takes some getting used to... and then you have better posture. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ It works! *by C***H on Reviewed in the United States on September 30, 2018* Product performed as advertised. It did keep my shoulders from slouching, but it also limited my arm movements a little, which I believe is its purpose so as to help stabilize the upper back muscles. After wearing it only 1 day, my shoulder pain almost disappeared. My only complaint is that the back of the harness had the tendency to ride up after about 6 hours of use, causing me to readjust it and tighten the straps. The only solution to that is the addition of a waist strap, which is not a good idea, because my previous harness had that and the metal adjustment loop on the front would constantly ride up and dig into my ribs.
