I apply over basic moisturizer like Cetaphil. For comparison: Vanicream is less pricey but takes wayyyy longer to rub in and is shinier. Elta MD Clear is more expensive, absorbs super fast with no initial white cast, but leaves me dry with white flakes by day’s end.
