I saved $120 by going with this option instead of the Total Gym Ab Crunch option. I just purchased my TotalGym XLS less than a month ago along with the Pilates accessories and I was having a hard time shelling out more money for additional accessories. I am truly glad I found this as it works great with my Total Gym XLS. One caveat, it does not come with instructions, but the bars are marked "L" and "R", so anyone can easily attach them. I definitely recommend, especially if you want to save a few bucks. This is a great, sturdy accessory.
