I have struggled for the past few years with the smell and it was also very embarrassing when people would visit and make comments on what smelled so bad. I would even gag when brushing my teeth. We have also spent so much money on gallons and bottles of water. We have a water softener but it didn’t make a difference with the hard water. Within minutes of this being installed we had absolutely no smell and could drink the water from the tap. I actually enjoy taking a shower now also. The plumber we had install it said it could take a week before we noticed a difference but I could tell instantly. I wish we purchased this two years ago when we built our house.
