In the case of Percepta, it took less than a week for me to have better access to my memories, old and new. Used with other supplements, not according to directions and noticed little or no difference and even curtailed use for a time. Purchased again and took two in the afternoon after lunch as directed. Objectively determining efficacy is not possible, however, I did test myself using vocabulary lists in a second language acquisition endeavor. Curatailed taking for two days and tested morning and evening. Resumed for two days and tested morning and evening. I did this a total of 6 times. The result was a 12.9% decrease in scores when not taking. This is hardly scientific but demonstrated that in my instance they did something with respect to memory. A caveat is that my memory is already pretty good. This could very well just be the "placebo effect", regardless, I tend to want to continue taking.
