It smells wonderful, and is meant for hands that are washed frequently, not to dry out. I love it. It's meant to be used in a wall dispenser, but I don't use it that way, I use it as a refill for my own hand pump dispensers. Just cut the tip off the soft nozzle. Make sure you keep the cap if you have enough left over as a refill. After filling dispenser, just re-cap so it doesn't evaporate or thicken. It's already pretty thick. I have sensitive skin and appreciated the emolient, non-irritating quality of it. My hands even felt moisurized afterwards. It has a scent unlike traditional hand soap, but it is not unpleasant. I was even able to easily remove makeup from my hand towels. I am happy to have found it here on Amazon and hope it remains available. This is that soap. My only complaint about the product is that the installation instructions are not clear: (1) the refill already has a slit in it to allow the soap to dispense -- do NOT cut the tube, and (2) there is a little plastic plug on the refill which needs to be removed for the soap to dispense properly -- in the old days of beer and soda cans, one had to punch holes in both sides of the top of the can to get the liquid to come out of the can.
