First of all...this arrived next day. Second...the quality and freshness is unbeatable. You can TELL it's fresh and organic.Made amazing lavender shortbread bites and amazing tasting lavender ricotta cookies. These were the PERFECT culinary buds for it. It's a MUST buy!
