It’s too hard for my son to do himself. Amazon delivered on time and well secured in its packaging. However, do not need a mechanical break down Christmas morning. Bought for grandson and he was very pleased with his new excavator. It was clear from the start that there a fault with the dipper arm (the main boom arm) not responding to commands from controller. Luckily both Granddad and Dad are mechanical/electrical engineers. Once controller was checked and found to be in order the rig was opened up. Un-soldered wire to dipper control motor found and 're-soldered'. Rig then fully operational.
