A cord was provided with mine. Since the battery I got was LI Ion, not Li Po, it charged like any other device, phone or whatever. You must buy the individual batteries and use the included battery holder. They will charge from the charging plug. Also know that it does NOT support Spektrum DMS2 or DMSX.
