Review: Need better aftercare. - The pans are brilliant, but two handles on the large a medium frying pans won't tighten up and desertcart will only replace the full set of pans, which I can't send back as I have thrown the box away and will have no pans to cook with. I have tried to get in touch with Stuccu, who I think make the pans, but have had no response. So I think these pans are expensive when nobody seems to be able to replace two handles. Colette Wilson

Customer service awful, one pan doesn't work on hob, contacted them numerous times but big lack in customer service, been saying for a week they will come back to me
