Review: 2024 Ford Expedition chrome window trim delete - I installed the chrome window trim delete kit on my 2024 Ford Expedition. First off, I do not have a max. The two rear side pieces of trim were obviously too l9ng, but this was an easy fix trimming then to length as I installed. Second, install was easier than I expected, and took only 2 hours. I did have a real heat gun. The only negatives I noticed was there is an issue with their template for the driver and passenger front door pieces. The precut trim tapers up at the bottom, towards the rear of the window, and makes it almost impossible to cover the chrome. And second my driver side rear door piece could have been longer. Just a 1/4" would have been perfect. Not sure why but the passenger side was ok, maybe I stretched it a little while installing? I've included before and after pics, and pics of the problem areas. The SUV goes through a car wash at least 2 a week and these trim pieces have not moved!
