Works really well, easy to access over WiFi and/or Bluetooth. The version I got came with the WiFi and I added the Bluetooth adapter that came with the separate balancer. Together they work seemlessly and are doing exactly as they should be doing. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Unsupported *by on Reviewed in the United States May 17, 2026* After purchasing, I end up finding out that DALY has had known issues with their BMS apps. With multiple apps available depending on what version software you have for your device as well as non-sanctioned apps spoof apps dead apps, and virtually no support. This made it impossible for me to connect to the device without going through a third party app that ended up being a better solution. However, this means that my device was hooked up for at least 3 days attempting to balance a pack that I don't know what it was doing, but it certainly wasn't balancing when series 1 is now 1.4 v higher than the other three and pushing its upper limits.At least the company did their due diligence to make it right. I didn't get a refund, but I did get a new active balancing unit shipped to me for free, so I'd say don't get the passive balancing units, go for the active balancing ones. This newer unit operates much better, and the app is actually supported, so I've had no issues with it. ### ⭐ Don’t buy! You will end up with a worthless product.
