I use it for dog walking everyday. The strap is adjustable and can be used for the waist or lengthen it to go over the shoulders. For reference, I can fit poo bags, dog biscuits, my phone and three tennis balls in it.Generally, I carry two tennis balls and a small Systema water bottle, my phone, poo bags and dog biscuits and it all fits in well without it looking massive. I have used it in the rain and nothing gets through the the dog biscuits. Very handy little bag!
