Die abgenutzten gleiter habe ich einfach gebohrt, raus ziehe war nicht mehr möglich. Die neuen habe ich anschließend rein gehämmert. Kleiner Tipp benutzt am besten Schmierfett, es geht zwar auch ohne aber mit sicherlich besser (habe ich selber nicht benutzt :-) )Lieferung war auch super schnell.
