This was the first time I had purchased a previously owned game online. The condition was excellent but the timer was faulty. After notifying the seller via Amazon, she was willing to rectify it any way I wanted including a full refund plus postage. I ended up purchasing a timer for which she reimbursed me double my cost for the inconvenience. The seller was Anything's Possible.
