First, I would suggest having GPIO pins perpendicular to the board rather than parallel for a lower profile and strength, second, I would suggest having the pin blocks that connect the cc1101 and nrf24l01 orientated in opposite directions so one antenna would point to the left and the other to the right so you could have both attached at the same time.
