Acne didn't like it- caused a flare up on my face - I've had a stubborn wart on the inside of my thumb for over a year. I initially dug it out, but it grew back. NO, there is no "seed". You can not "dig it out" enough (for most people) because you're not getting to the virus that causes it. (I asked the doc what causes it & then explained I always wash my hands & keep sanitizer on me & she said when you use sanitizer it dries it out & leaves little cracks where the virus can cause an issue. MY OWN SUGGESTION is if you're going to use hand sanitizer then get one with aloe to make sure you also stay moisturized.)
