This is a fine saw as long as it is used as intended. It is a light duty device, so if you expect to use it for many hours a week, every week, you should perhaps look to a more expensive one. This is a low volume, specialty tool and the design and tooling spread over the low volume of expected sales really makes the price point sensible. If they were selling hundreds of thousands of these saws the price would be very much lower. So, in conclusions: It works, and it works well but do not expect to use it as a production tool, and, yes, the company stands by this item.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: is there a way to stabilize a stone to make slices ?**
A: I normally do it by hand with small stones. Doesn't always work, due to the human factor. I've tried sandwiching pieces between 2 pieces of wood with better results. Don't clamp too tight or you'll pinch the blade. I use a small tile saw for most slabs, as the DB-100 isn't recommended for slabs. Hope this helps.

**Q: looks like the table has a mitre slot .. does it come with a mitre guage?**
A: No, this machine does not accept a mitre gauge.

**Q: Can this cut through wine bottles?**
A: Yes, this product can cut through wine bottles.

**Q: How does the clean water get delivered to saw? Bottle, tap, or does it have a resevor.**
A: Thank you for your question. It comes with a reservoir that mounts behind the upper wheel. Water flow is controlled by a valve at the end of the adjustable drip guide.
