Wonderful tv for the price - I purchased it to play my Xbox at 4k, it plays absolutely beautifully- no issues with lag or anything else and the picture is stunning.Sound out of the box was terrible, I actually was going to send it back but I did a little googling and found that it probably needed an update, for some reason I was not notified an update was pending so I went searching for it and once updated, the sound was beautiful, no issues at all with it now it’s not tinney, it’s pretty good!Picture for tv and Netflix etc again perfect, this seems to handle blacks much better than my more expensive branded tv, it’s crisp and vibrant.The downside is the built in apps they are, as said in other reviews, sluggish and pretty annoying to use, I have always used firestick so I just use that anyway but I did try them out and the input lag when moving to select etc is pretty poor.To set the tv up took about 20 mins to go through all the settings and channel search etc, all easy and no way to go wrong.I could lift this and set this up alone very easily it isn’t heavy (5’2 female).To summarise if the sound is poor search for an update it will help hugely !! For the cost of this tv I am more than happy with it, i believe it is worth more and would happy pay now I know how good it is. If they fixed the sluggish internal apps this would be an amazing tv at an amazing price.

THIS TV IS GREAT LOVELY PICTURE AND SOUND ONLY ONE PROBLEM IT WILL NOT LET ME CONECT TO MY ROUTER IT SAYS INTERNET NOT FOUND ALTHOUGH ALL MY OTHER EQIPMENT IS CONECTED TO MY INTERNET AND WORKS FINE APART FROM THAT ITS A GREAT TV GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY FORGOT TO ADD THERE IS NO HEADPHONE SOCKET

Honestly the 65” TV is the worst TV by a country mile, I’m on my 4th replacement and I’m sending it straight back, 1st one came with a crack in the screen, 2nd came and would turn its self off every 10-20mins, 3rd worked for a good few months and then the pixels starting to die and the quality was poor, and now the 4th is slow, takes 5 minutes to flick through the apps, loading time is ridiculous, amazon have given me full refund after owning 4 of these tv after 8-9 months of the first purchase, would highly recommend staying away from this

So far so good - clear picture, decent sound, all the apps we use available out of the box (so we can get rid of our fire tv stick which has been laggy for a long while!). Exactly what we wanted with a reasonable price tag.The only issue, and the reason why I'm docking one star, is that the screws for the stand provided were wrong size (too big or wrong thread)! From other reviews and reviews on Phillips website, this is not an isolated issue so if anyone has the same problem, we used 3.5x25mm screws and they worked a treat (you may want to go a tad shorter, it's just what we had at home). Confusingly, the manual says you need Q4x18 screws which, to my knowledge, don't exist.

Brilliant TV! The 4K picture quality is incredibly sharp, and the colors really pop. The Dolby Atmos sound makes watching movies feel like a cinema experience. Setting it up was straightforward, and it works perfectly with Alexa and apple TV. Overall, a fantastic TV that’s worth every penny!

Absolutely beautiful and brilliant price picture is brilliant

I recently purchased a Philips Smart TV from Amazon, and overall, I’m happy with the product. The picture quality is excellent, and the sound is clear. It’s user-friendly for basic functions, and the design fits well in my living room.However, I ran into some trouble when trying to install apps. The process isn’t very intuitive, and I had to spend more time figuring it out than I expected. A clearer user guide or smoother app installation process would make the experience much better.If you’re looking for a great TV for streaming and basic use, this is a good choice, but keep in mind there might be some setup challenges.
