**Q: Any advice once connected the cable is connected to the printer and computer as to why the printer is not printing?**
A: Make sure printer driver is installed and cable is connected properly.  Shut down computer and reboot. Open printers file and see if printer is there and online. Send a document to print and make sure you select the correct printer to print to.  If still not printing,  change the USB port that your printer is connected.
