Compression means the number of kilograms required to compress the piece of foam by 2.54 cm over an area of 17.78 cm x 17.78 cm. For example, if you place 16 kg in an area of 7 x 7 inches, the foam will compress 1 inch. This foam has the perfect amount of cushioning and stiffness.
