This one made it without any issues. Water tight during rains, no shredding of the straps ( they have great Velcro holdback that actually work) and extremely durable. Review: 4,500 miles kept up great! - I drove from Houston TX, to San Antonio, TX and then to Anchorage, AK, roughly 4,500 miles with this on top of my VW Jetta. Lost one hook immediately so i had 5 hooks and the 2 ratchet straps. Yes, gas mileage was cut in half, but I am hauling a car full of junk, that is expected. I may have put a bit heavier stuff than i should've, and there was a slight dent. There was no leakage. There was a shift about 1 foot from the front towards the back that it slid over those thousands of miles. None of my stuff got wet despite rain, sleet, and snow. I put in some heavy stuff and items with non-rounded corners and stuffed it to the point i had issues closing the zipper... but it held up great, no issues with any of my stuff other than one items froze from the cold and leaked some (not this bag's fault). Overall this was a great purchase!
