I ran them through the dishwasher as soon as I received them, and did not see any chips, cracks, or loss of shine. What really impressed me was the exemplary customer service this company showed me. I reached out to them because I had an issue with my delivery (one of the plates arrived broken), and they responded within a few hours. I appreciate the level of detail and attention they gave me, and am quite satisfied with how they addressed the issue. I highly recommend this product!

A: Yes. I do my instant oatmeal in the bowl in my microwave every morning.

A: I would say yes to a can of 12 oz. Or so (a regular can of chili).

**Q: To what temperature are they oven safe?**
A: I have not used them in the oven yet even though it says oven safe

These dishes exceeded my expectations. They are nice and heavy and the patterns are beautiful. I was a little worried to order dishes off Amazon. I wasn’t sure they would arrive in tact but they were packaged really well. I ordered 2 boxes so we could have 8 settings. We’ve gotten lots of compliments on them!
