BUT there was one small brilliant design choice that led me to leave this review. The straps on the hips? Those are adjustable. Which makes these bottoms perfectly fit a lot of body types. Im athletic with wider hips and smaller waist. I bought a medium and adjusted the hips almost as tight as possible and it fits shockingly amazing.

I love the adjustability of the suit and maybe it is just my body but I could never get the top to fit quite right but it worked. Once I got in the water it was a whole different issue, the top would not stay on if I moved at all in the water. I couldn’t get it any tighter on me so I had to hold it in place while I was in the water. It is cute and I will keep it for those pool days where I just want to lay out or splash around a bit. Definitely not for actual swimming though!
