Il piccolo tappo presente sul coperchio permette il giusto passaggio dell’aria senza seccare il contenuto. la prima volta che l’ho utilizzato ho versato 2 vasetti di yogurt nel cestello e l’ho tenuto in frigo tutta la notte ottenendo una consistenza più simile a quella di un formaggio spalmabile che a quella dello yogurt greco. Per una consistenza perfetta consiglio di lasciar filtrare lo yogurt per 2 o 3 ore al massimo, ma questo dipende dai gusti personali.
