Firstly, the advertised "10.2-inch" size does not match the actual screen dimensions of the iPad 9th Gen, which should be an 8.2-inch Liquid Retina display. This discrepancy caused noticeable gaps around the edges after installation. Secondly, the display quality falls far short of the advertised specs—measured brightness is only around 300 nits, much lower than the original screen’s 500 nits, making it nearly unusable outdoors. Another major issue is the degraded Touch ID recognition. Fingerprint unlock attempts frequently fail with "Try Again" prompts, indicating compatibility flaws with the Home Button components. Additionally, the USB-C port cutout is misaligned by approximately 1.5mm, forcing the flex cable to bend unnaturally and posing a short-circuit risk. The included double-sided adhesive also lacks sufficient strength—the screen began lifting at the edges within a week.
