Review: Was a child's smart gift choice. - I was not familiar with this series but a child at a local school asked for a "who was" or "what was" book as part of a Christmas child in need project at a local elementary school. The fact that a child wanted one of these books, something to read and learn from, impressed me, as did the content and engaging illustrations when I read them myself. Of course, desertcart had them and I bought a bunch for this youngster whom I wish I could hug and thank for likely growing up to make the world a smarter and better place.

Of course, Amazon had them and I bought a bunch for this youngster whom I wish I could hug and thank for likely growing up to make the world a smarter and better place.

I've got twelve of these so far. I bought the one about NIXON, and ten other pieces of history. A friend wanted the Obama book, and the Obama postcards as well. We are BOTH happy with our stuff! Highly recommended.
