When I got mine it was amazing. It’s exactly the same and beautiful, but the touch switch is completely bugged. Mine has a feature of being able to tap the lamp to change the light as well, which is also super finicky. The touch switch barely works. I have to try both methods several times before the light changes. It stays on and works fine when it’s on. But it’s the changing that is disappointing. The dimmer function worked perfectly when it first arrived, but now, it being only the second day of having it. The dimmer is starting to become finicky as well. You spend several minutes trying to get it to work, and even then it’ll dim all the way down or up on its own or won’t stop at the intensity you want. I was so excited to get this product and now I’m just really disappointed. And they don’t have a contact seller or a way to talk to them about replacing it. I contacted amazon customer service and they told me the product was sold out so I couldn’t even just get a new one. I definitely recommend the product. It’s amazing and exactly what it says it is. It’s even cooler coz you can choose between white or yellow light and it’s dimmable. The quality is great. I looked at other lamps and I can say this one has a higher quality.
