Excessively tight Ball Joints don't seem like a problem, until you perform an alignment and you can't hardly turn steering wheel without engine running... Seriously, trying to adjust Toe in when both sides are fighting each other is a Royal PITA! I had to replace the lower balljoints with Moog from my parts store...
