Review: The best there is. - I got my first Marlux Java 14cm dark wood salt and pepper mills in the summer of 86 as a wedding present but when I got divorced for the 2nd time in 2008 I lost custody of the salt mill. I recently purchased a replacement. The original pepper mill is still grinding perfectly after 39 years of daily use. They may not be cheap but boy do they stand the test of time and with their classic looks will never date. Will never be beaten. ## Features - Traditional mill par excellence the beech wood used is a PEFC certified wood from sustainably managed forests. I recently purchased a replacement. The original pepper mill is still grinding perfectly after 39 years of daily use. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.pt/products/63693225-marlux-245-pepper-mill-14-cm-dark-stained-beech-stainless](https://www.desertcart.pt/products/63693225-marlux-245-pepper-mill-14-cm-dark-stained-beech-stainless) --- *Product available on Desertcart Portugal* *Store origin: PT* *Last updated: 2026-10-05*
