That's the response my six-year-old gave me when he got off the bus and I showed it to him. Although there is no installation other than unrolling it and making sure the rubbery part is lay flat down on your surface, you do need to keep in mind that you need to use the included cable to plug in the mat to get any color out of it. A nice feature would have been to have it be rechargeable, but no big whup. There was no overpowering smell most rubber products have, the smooth and thick nature of the product allowed for it to lay flat and provide barely any friction to slow down the motion and speed of your mouse movements. Functionally, it works great and my son couldn't be happier....but now I have to get one for my other son as now I'm hearing cries of "not fair that I don't get one, too!"
