On a positive note, these fit well into the shoe & were easy to adjust to the shoe. However, after 1 week of use (actually 4 wearings over the week), they are breaking down. The clear "gel" is becoming sticky (breaking down), pulling away from the "carbon" arch support & ripping on the side of arch support on both insoles. I can't see these holding up for any length of time based on the short time it's taken for them to start to fail. Probably fine for the shoe you wear occassionally, but buyer beware if you plan in a daily wear.UPDATE- complete disappointment. After moderate usage (not daily worn shoes) thwy are falling apart. These are junk...

I walk a LOT- around 7-10 miles per day at work on a warehouse floor, so I wanted a good pair of insoles to put in my shoes. These started out great for the first week or so. After that, I noticed that they had stopped giving me any sort of support, and had in fact started falling apart. I have had insoles that cost much less, last much longer, so I am not impressed with these at all. That being said, while they were working, they were very comfortable and worked well.

My husband has flat feet. I remember when I first saw them! They look like flippers! The last 8 years he has been dealing with more pain than most of us have ever felt due to having cancer for over 5 years before the pain set in. Because of this pain, he doesn't do much walking. These orthotics have been helpful for those flat, painful feet. They aren't miracle workers, but they bring him some comfort. Good price for orthotics and helpful enough to feel the difference!

I have these in my Under Armour Horizon Bpf Running Shoes that are 11.5. The fit is perfect. I pulled the factory insole out and pushed these in, and I've never been happier.I've had these in my shoes for over a month, and I just checked, and they look like the day I put them in. There is no wear on the underside or wear marks in the toe area. One thing I like about these insoles is that from the ball of the foot to the end of the toe, they have little pimples that really feel good under your feet. I think they also provide more air space because I find my feet do not get warm like they did with my factory insoles.I've worn these for countless hours, standing, walking, and running, and they keep my feet cool and provide much more support than you can feel. Running with these on a treadmill or cement is a night and day difference.I would not hesitate to buy these again.

I must admit that when I pulled these insoles out of the box and looked them over, I was a little bit dubious about their comfort. However, after trimming them down to my shoe size, I put them in my walking shoes and put 5 ½ miles on them that day.I was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable they are, I walk an average of 5 to 7 miles a day and these insoles have been comfortable every step of the way, my feet have not felt fatigued at all. The insoles stay put what you place them in your shoe, I tried them with various socks my feet did not feel crowded at all and the insoles offered support for my whole foot.I would have to give these insoles a good positive rating, as of writing this review I’ve experienced no problems with them, I found them comfortable and sturdy. I’m a walker not a runner so I don’t know how well they hold up for running but I can say that they do hold up very well for walking. And I find that they are priced competitively and offer excellent quality and value.
