The DLS-30 is an older model, built specifically for the European market. The AutoLoop 2.0 is the most recent model, is more powerful, and automatically adjusts its output level. **Q: What format are the input jacks? will this work with a tv that has an spdif audio output? how about an older amplifier with l/r phillips jacks?** A: All I know is that I've plugged it into two TV's that have audio output (so called RCA jacks) and this works very well with these. It has an infra red jack adaptor, but I've heard these are questionable. I have never tried the IR adaptor. the RCA jacks are a very clean, easy to setup way to do stuff. **Q: How many input devices can be plugged into this unit? I would like 4: radio, tv, telephone and wireless mic system to enable visitors to converse.** A: The Univox AutoLoop 2.0 has two inputs. One Line 3.5mm input for TV. One 3.5mm input for a Mic or additional audio source. If you wanted to use 4 devices you would need to swap what is plugged in based on your needs since more than 2 is not possible. **Q: Does Uni-Vox 2.0 have a remote control? How easy are the adjustments for sound volume and clarity** A: The system does not have a remote control. It is fully self-calibrating and only has a volume adjustment switch at the bottom to slightly increase or decrease the volume if needed.
