A: Under the "Tools" menu there is a "Port" entry you select the com port. You have to first select the correct board. You can upload a sketch via the serial port.

**Q: Which voltage do I choose? The DSD TECH SH-U09C has a jumper to select 3.3 or 5 v. Does the device I'm connecting to determine this or is it the USB?**
A: Select the voltage based on the device you are connecting and trying to communicate with. This selector either delivers the 5.0 V from the USB or steps the 5 V from usb down to 3.3 V depending on the voltage required from the microcontroller you connect to.
