Pressing Menu anf timer symbols as per the instructions doesnt work.** A: My instructions state "press menu icon and up arrow icon at the same time, for 5 secs, whith the termostat off". This worked for me. (Initially I tried holding "menu + off" icons as per numerous youtube videos. This ddoesn't work for this model. **Q: How do I claim under the warranty** A: Go back to your supplier, in UK it us to whoever you paid your money to. This is first action **Q: how do you set the controller for on all time at certain temp** A: If set for a certain temp, to maintain that temp the thermostat within the controller will switch it off and on as necessary, else it would be heating all the time and not get maintained at your desired temp. Sadly cannot program each day differently in 7 day mode. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good value for money, seems well built - crap instructions *by M***N on 10 February 2021* Compared to many models this is excellent value for money. It’s let down by lousy instructions clearly translated form Chinese. It appears to be well made with simple wiring instructions. The clip to the back plate is a bit fiddly. I simply couldn’t understand the operating instructions and as other reviewers have commented reverted to online videos on YouTube that do the job for you -just search in videos for the manufacturers name and their very good at explaining entering the settings mode and setting it up. Once you know it’s not too bad.
