I definitely noticed an improvement in weight lifting performance. Not a huge difference but find I have a little extra energy in reserve to push out a rep or two more than usual. The micronised powder mixes reasonably well but never quite 100% dissolves. It's tasteless so inoffensive. One thing I noticed which is probably to do with the tub/container rather than the Creatine itself is that once unsealed, the creatine absorbs moisture from the air and starts to form clumps in the container.
