I got it after all the frustration with the other brands and no legible support websites and virtually non existent firmware updates unless you’re a hacker and fluent in Chinese language. Just works and the app is great for mobile viewing. The hard drive disk was no longer functional on my old NVR. This new unit was the same but was white instead of black and had an on-off switch which the old unit did not have. The new unit was easy for me to set-up because the cameras were already installed.
