I spray painted the cable to match the wood panel behind it and used these clips to hold it to a fairly concealed spot. CAT 6 has to be pushed into the clip, which means it can’t fall out, but is loose inside the clip so it can be adjusted. You’ll need another way to hold the cable taut if that’s what you want. Alternatively, use a couple extra clips. After peeling off the red tape covering the adhesive, these clips are hardly noticeable. For my use, these worked great. The only problem that I could see is the adhesive releasing over time. If that happens I probably won’t use the screws that came with them because I don’t want to screw into the wood paneling.
