## Description

Product Description DOCKIN D MATE - Your musical companion on holiday and everyday life With its 360° sound optimized exclusively for outdoor use and with powerful Bass Boost Mode, it also provides the right sound when you're out and having fun with your friends. DOCKIN D MATE Sound in All Directions Thanks to its 25 watt 2-way stereo sound, you’ll enjoy a perfect sound even when in larger group of friends. This happens because D MATE doesn't just radiate the sound in one direction like oter classic speakers do, but it offers a 360° sound for the entire circle of people around it. Designed the Outdoors The D MATE was particularly designed for outdoor use; it is therefore particularly durable & resistant, while offering a very intuitive user interface. It is also equipped with a practical eyelet that can be used to attach the D MATE pretty much anywhere. Even More Bass (Bass Boost Mode) Thanks to its two active drivers and two passive bass radiators, the D MATE is able to offer an impressive sound, even in the widest outdoor spaces. And if you want more bass, you can activate the Bass Boost Mode with the push of a button and get more out of the low frequencies. 16 hours of Battery life and integrated Power Bank Thanks to the battery life of up to 16 hours, your party never runs out of music. And you don't have to worry about your smartphone battery either, as the D MATE can charge your devices via USB. Moreover, you can simply connect a sound source, e.g. a laptop, via an Aux/3.5mm Jack. Waterproof It's too hot and you want to go to the lake or to the beach with your friends? Of course, the D MATE can come with. Don't worry about getting it wet, as D MATE is IPX6 certified to withstand even strong water jets. Just don't go swimming with it. AptX and Hands-Free Kit Thanks to the aptX technology, your music will be transmitted via Bluetooth in a quality that is very close to the sound of CD players. And yes, of course you can use D MATE to make and receive phone calls at any time.

Review: Really good piece of kit - and even better if you have 2 - I rarely do reviews but there we go! I am very sound quality sensitive. most of the gear on marked does not suite me. Too bassy, way too bassy, not bassy enough, no mid tones. Too much mid tones... you get the idea? This relates to speakers, earphones, car audio etc. My brother has JBL extreme 2 and I find it bassy! loud and bassy. But after looking at other ones wanted to buy it just for the sake of having something to listen to when I am outside or carry with me around the house. To all who ready this - please remember this is a portable speaker, not a Hi-Fi setup! Single setup - it is good. Sound is great for little thing like that. We have a big ish kitchen and it covers it well. I do prefer to put it so one speaker side is slightly towards wall. Sound seems to travel better this way. Dual setup - It creates really great surround effect. Loudness wise - one does not need any more power to enjoy the music. Sound quality - Fantastic for little cans like these are. Battery life - I usually listen at around 30% - 40% with periodical 60% "blasts". Battery lasts me around 14 hours easily.. I know description says 16H but lets be real - why would you want to totally drain it? Charging - I would like to see charger with it. Finding 1A charger is not easy these days as most devices use 2A. Build quality - I find it really good. Would prefer to see more rubber though on the mesh area. I am eager to try the D Fine + but it is within my range at the moment.
Review: Absolutely amazing price of tech - This speaker is one of a kind. Unlike most other speakers this can be used as a Bluetooth device or a wired one. Tested the waterproofing of it and I can say that it's indeed splash proof, the rubber can get dirty really quickly but it can be cleaned with a little water. The sound quality on this bad boy is amazing, with the added bass boost I barely need to crank up the volume on my phone or in the device as it's very loud, nice deep bass and perfect surround sound. With the ability to also charge your phone with this (a feature that I love) the battery life on this is amazing, I've been using this for a while and I have not charged it since I got it. This is worth the price as the speaker has so many features and very high quality sound. Very Highly Recommend
