I needed something to help me with my dry mouth from sleeping with my mouth open. The others I tried were either to tight around my head, given me a headache or the ear holes where to small which was putting pressure on or behind my ears. I am fortunate that I don't have to use a CPAP but for those who do I think you would not notice much that your wearing this anti-snoring chin strap while sleeping.
