I cut whatever size I need from the sheet, peel back the paper and apply it to the wound. It is medicated. You can leave on for a few days. It with get White and foamy under the bandage but that’s the medicine. When you take it off, it will not interfere with the wound. I lost my big toenail and this was what a friend gave me because when it came off it didn’t harm the bare toe bed. While the backing is still on, use scissors (though, I prefer an exacto knife) to cut it into whatever size and shape you need!
