Review: Best air dry clay! - I can honestly say this air dry clay is the best I have ever tried. I always receive it in perfect condition. It's never dried out like others I have tried in the past. It's so easy to work with. I have made many items from delicate to fairly large snowmen and they always come out perfect. Somethings to make it really smooth I run it under warm water. I had some left over from 2 Christmases ago and when I opened the packages they were in perfect condition. None of the colors were dried out. Something I wasn't expecting. You won't be disappointed with this clay and you won't look any further for another brand.
Review: Perfect for masks, beginner friendly - I got this to craft my owl mask for renfaire and was my first time using foam clay. I loved using this was super easy not too sticky and dries quickly. I used a papermache mask as the base and crafted on top of it. I used acrylic paint and topped that with metallic watercolor paint.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect for masks, beginner friendly

I got this to craft my owl mask for renfaire and was my first time using foam clay. I loved using this was super easy not too sticky and dries quickly. I used a papermache mask as the base and crafted on top of it. I used acrylic paint and topped that with metallic watercolor paint.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I finally found a foam clay that will do what I need it to do

Outstanding to use for cosplay. It's been a multi-year quest to find the right kind of foam clay to use for actual grownup sculpting. This one has one of the same issues (the bubble holes) but I attribute that to it being a clay made out of literal bubbles itself, so that was expected. What I didn't expect, and was very pleasantly surprised by, was its ease of sanding. This stuff takes very well to sandpaper sculpting and dries to a hard sandable finish in about two days of drying. (So make sure you allow for time when you have a con coming up in a few days, speaking from experience here) as I said you'll have bubbles, but all you need to do is reapply, re-dry, and resand until you have the results you wanted. It's worth mentioning that this reapplication process is a LOT faster since you're putting it on a very dry styrofoam surface, and it's great for wicking the moisture away and it'll be ready to sand in a half a day or so. The other thing I love about it over all the other foam clay I've used is how perfect it is for acrylic paint. Two coats of high quality gesso (I use Golden) completely seals it and fills all the microbubbles to an almost glassy finish (providing you sanded to 1000 grit). I'm still working on the tail as you'll see in the photos, to get an idea of a wip, but the horns I made for my partner's Sallie May and the snake for my Rosie hat turned out with a flawless finish. I'm over the moon. I love this clay, can you tell? 👀 (You'll need a gallon ziplock for the bag though, it doesn't reseal very well on its own. So keep that in mind.) I have nothing but good things to say about it if you're using it for anything, but especially cosplay. Quest status complete.
