We are an appliance repair business and use them to thaw out frosted refrigerators. 2 of the steamers work fine so far. One that we just pulled out of the box does not heat up. I have sent several messages to the company for warranty. They only give you an email for contact. I have not gotten any response and now I am 2 days past when I can return the item to Amazon. Bummer. I liked the unit and was just trying to get it exchanged by the manufacturer. I had to inspect things carefully to insure that all the parts survived the shipment that looked like it was kicked from the warehouse by soccer fans.Using the steamer is pretty easy, however, don't get the idea that you are going to clean the shower, or do any other big jobs. The unit does not hold enough water to do anything major.
