Review: It works! - Desperate for an answer for no-warning bowel explosions, this really helps! I have not perfected the timing of this capsule with my meals. Still experiencing mishaps (especiallywhen I forget to take the capsule), but they are much fewer. I My first dose gave immediate relief. Nicest stools I've had in a long time. Since the removal I’ve struggled with severe GI issue- GERD, IBS, to name a few. My food also would just sit at the top of my stomach for forever! It was extremely uncomfortable at times. I did read that digestive enzymes help and they did up until recently. Nothing was moving and when it did I was always in so much pain. I had also added ox bile just this past year and that helped, until it didn’t. Upon more research I found these and let me tell you- THESE ARE GOLD! I stopped the other digestive enzymes and ox bile and only took this and I noticed a huge difference the first night! My food digested, I didn’t have any indigestion and going to the bathroom the next morning was much more comfortable. (Sorry TMI). I am so glad I found these, it’s seriously been so much more amazing. I don’t feel weighed down anymore and my moods are a lot better- because I feel better! **Q: What is the mct and pectin made from?**
A: Pectin is generally derived from apples.  I have no idea about the medium chain triglycerides. This is the only formula that works for me.

**Q: Should I consume this capsule covered or remove the cover?**
A: We recommend taking the capsules as a whole and not to open the capsule and take the contents inside alone.

**Q: Does this product cause any weight gain?**
A: I wish it did. I need to gain about 10-15 lbs to replace what I lost from my gall bladder surgery and it is going up very slowly. I wouldn't worry about weight gain.

I'm on my 4th week of daily use. For me, this supplement saves the quality of my daily life. I'm 3 years post op gallbladder removal. I was dealing with daily gastric problems with uncontrolled diarrhea being the the biggest. Yes, I watch what I eat...fried foods, fatty foods etc. But, I was so desperate living with extra clothes in my purse, watching where and when I leave the house. I was always "timing" all my errands. I choose Dr Mercola's enzymes because it is a "delayed" it passes through the stomach to get to my small intestines. I had a few days of getting use to it... only a little gas (but no pains).
