On the upside the fabric is nice, has a tiny bit of stretch & is pretty wrinkle resistant if you pluck it right out of the dryer. But -- no breast pocket for your pen, the side pockets are so deep they swallow up the stethoscope & when you try to pull it out, the ear tips get caught on the hem. The little phone pocket inside the larger pocket is nice & when standing it's very easy to get to your phone. But when sitting down that goes out the door. So lots of potential but not my ideal. It does run a bit big because I'm in between a medium and a large and it fit me fine. It's not overwhelmingly big though. The fabric and stitching is all of good quality and it has nice big pockets in the front.
